Did you have experience to rank a non english site for example a german one (german domain, hosting, content and so on). Is it possible to rank a site in the german version of google only with english backlinks?
    Whats your opinion? Many thanks!

Don't know, but why not do make German backlinks ?

It isn't gonna work worse, is it?

I suppose it is for spinning porpouses, cause foreing languages (not english) not possible to easy spinning through the best spinner and so on, because thesaurus is mostly in english.

So he has to manually spin, and it is more annoying, that pressing a button and get your article spun.

Just my thoughts, because I do seo for foreing language, and that is the issue I suffer.

With foreign languages just use content syndication instead of spinning then.

Create some micro-sites with legitimate unspun content (translate from English for example) and then just build to that site as usually. Get a country specific TLD (.de in this case) for the micro sites if possible and as always, look for aged domains or domains with links to them already.

Can do it with purely English too but it's a lot quicker if you do everything according to your country, more natural too.

German host, german domain, german content and lots of it, links from .de sites, general anchor texts in german etc.

    Good luck!

Right, see what you mean, but if you are only using push button spun stuff it is gonna be crap anyway, so might even be better just to take an article of ezine or somewhere and put it through a translator?

Will probably be better than the spun junk and will be in the right language for you to insert your anchors naturally

You could even get a college kid to correct it for cheap then you'd actually have some good content for your backlinks in the same language as the site

Thanks! Why its not so easy to get. And to buy good german links is very expensive. so its cheaper and much more easier to buy english backlinks!

Can't agree more. However, answer is yes. But it looks really unnatural.

And one more tip for you. If you don't mind crappy tier 1, you can also translate English articles using Google Translate and post it to web 2.0s, doc sharing sites, etc.

We working on a 70 kw project in a non English project (soon to be 400+)

Kws going up non stop and all going great, only 1 tier, no spun content, all legit, all manual.

We are using a .com domain and although I have not tested it with a country's tld, I would assume that the impact on the rankings would be very small.

Anways, using the same language for your articles is not only good for the rankings but also for your short term traffic... Think about that.

I'm actually doing this, not in German though... but I've had good results, of course not as great as if I had backlinks from that country, my main competitor has mainly backlinks from that country and he's number 1 and I'm number 2. So, if you can snatch some backlinks from that country then you'll have the best results. I also have it hosted on US site, but on google webmasters tools just geo target it to Germany, that actually made a big big difference for me aswell.

Yes it's possible, I've even seen people rank English sites with foreign backlinks.

Ok and for the spun articles, you made 100% in english or 100% in english except the keywords(in german)?
