Lets say you set up a brand new campaign, after how many clicks do you label a keyword to have a negative roi / -EPC and there for dump it out of the campaign?

    Good question here gigabet,

Assuming your landing page is well optimized, the keyword phrase is one that suggests the visitor is ready to buy and the conversion funnel is well configured, (and there are no other attributes of the phrase that would cause it to temporarily not be getting clicks), I would dump it after the number of clicks failed to produce the industry standard conversion rate.
Be sure there aren't other factors you are missing.
For example you might have a product that is seasonal or cyclical by nature and there may be prospects interested in learning more about that product but not ready to make a purchase until later. So in that case maybe you only use the phrase at key points throughout the year.

    Hope that helps,

    Shawn
