Hello
I have received 2 DMCA complaints from a lawyer in Europe concerning 2 of my domains because the topic/niche of them (which are both about the same) allegedly is against the copyright of the brand. Last year and the year before I made money already with the same topic/niche (every year a new edition of it exists) and back then I already received the same complains but nothing happened. The thing is the said brand is only protected in the EU, but my domains are registered and hosted in the US. In the US the brand name in fact belongs to a whole different HUGE company.
Now I ask myself, should I perhaps offer them the domains for purchase? Would that be safe? Has anyone experience with something maybe?
Regards
