After deindexed not able to add in GSC

Hi

Before March update my site was in google only couple of pages as its expired domain rebuilt. But now I don’t see in google so tried adding it in GSC but not able to verify. Any pointers?

You have to add a new HTML meta tag probably the first one is no longer active on your server.
