Hi,
i started a new ebook niche site. But i have no success in google with my site. On the image you can see the ranking and my url.

My SEO:
- I bought an nine year old domain and make a redirection to the new site(for the domain age) [I removed the 301 today]
- Build round about 20 forum links
- I created 15 web 2.0 blogs with unique spin articles
- Scrapebox blast with 200 comments on each web 2.0 blog

When i search for "ebook reader test" and go the last site, than 4 sites back i find my site. Is it possible that i have a penalty for the 301 redirection?

I dont know what i make wrong with this site.

Hey,

TONS of factors can really affect why you may not be reaching the top 100 yet.

1) market competitiveness
2) whether your links have been indexed yet or not
3) whether you actually performed SEO well or not

Nonetheless, while you're building it, you can always find new ways to hit page one in a matter of hours for certain keywords. How? Find uncompetitive keywords and dominate tons of them using Yahoo Answers. That'll bring in targeted traffic and will hopefully help with your ebook sales. I, of course, recommend this because my development team created a bot for Yahoo Answers so I know the power of it. I don't know your niche, but I have no doubts our software can help ya! Check out my signature for it and let me know if you have any questions :)

Today you remove 301 that's good, may be some effect with 301, your seo method is fine, I will suggest to you wait for some time.

I was thinking the same thing as you. Depending on the competitiveness of your niche, you may be out of luck for now.

Have you checked to see if you have any "indexed" backlinks?
Is the quality of the backlinks worthwhile?

Google has been hitting "random" linking and "unnatural linking" in a bad way. I would suggest you handle everything manual from the start.

I would create 25 to 50 social bookmarks.
Then I would create 10 to 20 naturally occurring backlinks with different anchor texts to the social bookmarks.
Then I would create 10 to 20 wiki's and point them to your main site.
Then I would create 25 to 50 social bookmarks to your wiki's, and then I would create 10 to 20 naturally occurring backlinks with different anchor texts to your social bookmarks.
Then I would try to push out a few "SPUN" articles out to point back to your backlinks and social bookmarks.

Hope this helps.

According to me its just the competition mate... Just have some patience it will show up.

Becuse google does not see your site targeting that keyword
add LSI keywords

Stay away from forum profiles and scrapebox blasts. And make sure your Onpage SEO is good. (No Keyword Stuffing, over-optimization)

Agree automated cums in spam.. if possible go for manual one... don't look for automated software for help.. nd stay away from over optimization too as supah said. Penguin only give more and more value to content and its on page rule is same as nothing changed
