After 3 Years of Using Payoneer, ( Payoneer is Suck Hard Stop Using Payoneer )

Every few months i need to deal with the stupid documents verification and proofs.
I'm just using them to receive money from my PayPal Account to windrow to my local bank.
100% legal and clean business.

Now it's begin one month my Balance, My cards everything blocked ( because i need to wait for documents approve )
Yeah and support can do nothing about that,
Their answer is to wait : Great wait 30 days and need to wait more. They don't care about your business, they don't care if you have bills to pay...
Anyone have better alternative to this shitty company.

Why not exchange the PayPal funds for crypto? You can buy crypto with PayPal on Bybit.

i still use it i never had any problem with them yet but see your problem i will not use it anymore
 
Payoneer is good when you are doing all legit things and positive transections

brush trust me, i do everything legal, and when you start sending good amount of money. The problems starts

i have more than 50.000$ transcation with payoneer, and everything clean
but when they want to verify document they just blocked everything,
and i'm sure they will unblock my account, but how about the time i lose, and the hurt the done to my business.
30 days document still on review for a verified user hello!!!
 
I think Payoneer is a joke. I couldnt even signup without some error in their site messing up the whole registration process. They suck big time
 
Payoneer does also have phone support. Log in to your Payoneer account and then on the right side, you'll see a "Contact our Customer Care team" : click on the link below that and then it will open a support page, select your support topic and below the topic's details, you'll see "Didn't find your answer?" - "Contact Us", click "Contact Us", a new page will open which will show a "Call Us" option, click on "Call Us" and you will see a local number to call and an international number to call.
I guess, if you (phone) call them, it will make things move faster (do take a support ticket number from the person you speak with).
 
That is why I withdraw to ATM as soon as I get my money.I think they are asking for your paypal invoices for source of funds.

Yep its better to use the phone that is connected to your account they will automatically know its you.

oh you thing i'm with them 3 years and i don't know that?

Look how good they are : 3 months under review, i need to suffer because of this

Where are you from ? aren't there a way to withdraw directly to your bank account from PayPal ?

You may want to check Wise, it's similar to payoneer but you can't link it to paypal.
