    Hi Blackhatters,

I'm just putting the feelers out to see if there are any guys or girls on here who would be interested in promoting a new clickbank product I'm thinking of launching.

I know that I'm not presenting a lot of information at the moment and that is simply because I haven't set anything up yet. I've written an eBook - based on my years of experience in Business and Public Relations - on how to motivate and educate individuals in order to take their business career to the next level.

The eBook will have a price point of somewhere between $9 - $15. Affilliates will be entitled to 100% commissions once the initial refund period has passed.

As you all know, setting up a sales page and so on takes time and effort. I have the product already and am more than happy to move ahead, however, I just wanted to put this little post out there today to see if anyone would be interested in promoting it. Ideally people with business blogs/sites/lists would benefit most from the product as it is aimed squarely at their target audience of professionals - both young and old.

Forgive me for the glaringly obviously lack of 'hard' details. If you'd like some more information, don't hesitate to ask but please, bear in mind, apart from the product being prepared, I'm still very much in the initial stages of planning here. If and when I see that there is interest from affiliates, I'll pull the trigger and go full steam ahead with the sales page etc.

Thanks for your time, guys and girls!

I think with that price even if you give 150 percent commission you will not get any affiliates. Nobody will promote something to get $9. This is completely wrong way of thinking. On the other hand 100 percent out of $35 is something different. If you think to write ebook that is worth in value only $9, do not even do it. Check in the marketplace how many product that have that payout are actually successful.

Quite honestly a $9-15 dollar product is far too cheap to attract very many affiliates on Clickbank. From experience, the typical affiliates on CB tend to be attracted to the high priced products as it gives more potential for earnings. Personally, I'd rather get 70% commission on a $37 dollar product than a 100% commission on a $10 dollar product simply because of the better pay. I would recommend either selling your product on places like JVZoo or Ejunkie at the same price you're stating or if you are firm with having it stay on Clickbank, raising the price.

I appreciate the feedback, all of you! :) The product itself certainly isn't low-quality and could sell for much more. I thought affiliates may be more inclined to sell a product that was lower in price as the customer would be more willing to purchase considering the low price-point. After hearing a few of your thoughts, however, I do see the value in raising the price and, if I do decide to press ahead with it, I'll be sure to a) raise the price point to tempt more affiliate and b) will head back here to let everyone know so they can have first crack at it! :) Again, I appreciate your comments and time!
