Hey everyone,
I notice my earnings are drastically lower when offers are long, or have annoying popups and all the crap when my visitors go there. What is a really good affiliate that pays well, and has some good short form email submits?

I have been getting paid $7. I prefer that it be allowed to be incentivized... If not, I will figure a way around it.

Basically, I just want somebody who just wants to pay for emails for newsletters or whatever.

I second that. will be following this post. I have only found lengthy freebie offers on copeac which I have determined are not worth my time.

$7? Not for a single page email/zip submit, right?

a $7 email submit. what the hell are u using?

im getting $1 per lead with my current CPA offer

I get $8.00 per right now

Message too short

$7 lead for short form conversion. Yes.

So forget that point if thats an issue. What else pays well? I have lots of shit $1 offers, but I pay about 70 cents per conversion, so I'd prefer more lol

Paying $15...

Think i'm gonna try this :)
The got a free splashpage and online support. Also noticed in their FAQ that they pay weekly.

But i have never done a site like that before...
Anyone has?

legalescortscash does require CC for verification, I believe. Not worth IMO.

dish network on mb pays 2.15 per email submit.

wow thats pretty good for a simple email. i guess i can play around with that whilst i wait for neverblue to accept me =)

but if you use wh methods to promote this offer conversation rate is little bit lower altough network epc is 0.4.Because on landing page, visitors see a price tag =)
