and other advertisers bots as well the parameters for Affiliate Networks to avoid your account suspension from Ads Networks & and Affiliate Network.

the basic parameters I know like,

Geo (City or Country wise)
ISP Block
or a Particular IP Blockage.


Is there anything else, which I can block?

Well,, it really depends on your ad/affiliate network.
For example, with adsense you should block ALL bots and only leave real users as the bots will count as "invalid traffic" and will get your account banned in the long run.
