I have a VERY STRONG feeling my affiliate manager is shaving a massively high percentage of my leads. Whenever I confront them over it they get very quiet and start avoiding me all of a sudden. I know I'm sending them sales because of the amount of people that enter through a converting keyword and exit through my affiliate link and they were converting fine up until a few weeks ago.

What can I do about it and should I just leave them? They're a very small network and have around 5 major affiliates (myself included) I'm tempted to speak to the competition and see if they've been paid recently.

I'll give you the name, but like I said, they're tiny and it's not their main thing. They're called Thermal Degree.

It's better to leave your account as it is I think..
they may be small now but can turn out to be big in the future

Just don't focus too much to your current CPA network
move to the big ones. I recommend CommisionJunction, Copeac, and Hydra
keep sending your current CPA network like 10% of your total effort, the other 90% of your effort can go to the big, trusted ones :)

Approach them differently next time, tell them something like you run the same offer on a different network just to test it out and you get more sales there with the same campaign, and you're thinking about moving (or ask them if they could think of a reason why it stops with their link). Not that it would work, but when you go to them and say 'i think you're shaving me without old spice and i'm burning bitch' they're gonna get offended whether they do it or not.

Good advice guys, thanks. I'm heading over to their sites right now to get a trusted CPA network and bring in some cash while I wait for these clowns. About talking to them about it, if they don't respond within sufficient time I'll just stop putting effort into it completely and take down their content until they realise the signups are decreasing.

Well the thing is that they have more pull, meaning that they know there is no way you could prove it and nothing you can do about it. So as Sanitarium said, confront them in a different way that will make them admit it themselves.
Another issue is that I believe they either shave the whole network or no one, they are not shaving individuals. Either way, it is how they make money and probably also the reason why it is such a small network: they are too greedy.

why act nice? trust me, if i was shaving you and u asked about it? how is that going to effect me from already putting it in place to shave you? i already made up my mind before you questioned me,

move on to a better network, they want idiots, don't be the fool that promotes a shitty network. trust me they are getting paid for your traffic.

See if you can find the offer on another network. Hydra and NeverBlue are awesome and I have never had any suspicions of shaving.
