When you hear about earning a good sum of money with affiliate SEO, in most cases you think of super competitive terms where you need massive resources to rank it. That's not the case here, you can: - Earn Thousands of $$$ with keywords which search volumes are as low as 100 per month - Rank for keywords that no other affiliates are competing for - Make money you would make in client SEO without dealing with clients In short words, this method is ranking for local keywords with your websites and monetizing them with Pay Per Lead/Pay Per Call CPA offers. Introduction As I said, you will be competing against local business who try to rank and bring clients online, but what you will do is make website and rank for those terms and bring leads/calls to your affiliate network for commissions. What is a CPA Network? It is affiliate network which has offers that upon completion bring you commissions. This is how it works: Business hires CPA Network to bring them leads for their business. CPA Network posts offers on their affiliate network. You take those offers and bring leads and get commission without ever speaking with Local business or client, you just rank a site, monetize it and see money rolling in your CPA account. What is Pay Per Lead and Pay Par Call? Pay Per Lead or PPL is when a visitor of your website completes offer by typing in his information, be it just email address or his full contact details. Pay Per Call is when a visitor of your site is interested in the offer you are advertising and calls the phone number you are promoting. Phone call usually must last 30 to 60 seconds for you to get paid. CPA Network also has Pay Per Sale, Revenue Share, and Incest offers, but we are not going into these this time. Finding PPL/PPC Offers This step is super simple; I just go to a site called offervault.com which is the biggest aggregator of all CPA offers and filter offers by Pay Per Call for example and finds offers that interest me. After you found few good offers, you need to apply to CPA networks which provide those offers. If you are a complete beginner, some of these may not accept you, but don't fake it, be friendly on the phone call and prove them that you are dedicated. Peerfly.com is the network that you should be able to get into, and they provide over 2000 offers! Deciding which way you want to go with Okay, so there are few ways that you can approach this type of affiliate websites. - You can make small website dedicated to 1 niche and 1 town/state - You can make big website dedicated to 1 niche and all towns/states (For example water repair site, then 1 page for each town/state you want to target - Miami water repair, Detroit water repair, Texas water repair, etc.) - You can make big website dedicated to all niches and 1 town/state (For example detroitserviceguide.com, then 1 page for each niche, Detroit roof repair, Detroit office designs, Detroit kitchen remodeling) If some of you didn't get it by now, you are targeting these type of keywords that local businesses target: "Town/State Business Offer." Making a Website You seen few ways you can structure your site, I prefer going by town/state guide then covering each niche that I have access to in CPA networks I am in, and ranking for every single keyword, even if it is 30 searches per month. Now some of you local guys know that, for unknown reason, you can get away with duplicate content with local sites, and as we are targeting local keywords, we can get away with it too. So if you are going with the second structure example (1 niche all towns/states), you can make 1 article about Detroit Dentist, then just change Detroit to town you want and basically make a website full of same articles just keyword changed. I don't know for how long this is going to work, and it only works for very low competitive keywords (which you can still make a lot of money with) Still, I would suggest going with original and quality articles as it will get you more conversions/more money. SEO Alright, now that you have your offers, keywords that you are going after, the website made with optimized articles, I guess it's time for some link building! As I repeated many times, we are targeting low comp keywords, so after posting articles and doing proper on-page SEO (check Brian dean's guide), you should be indexed and hopefully ranking for some terms at least at pages 2-10. As these type of sites are not super quality, I don't expect you will have much luck with usual white hat strategies, so that's why I went a bit gray hat and purchased PBN links, and they worked very well. If you chose very small competition stuff, you should be able to rank even without buying links and just by doing them manually (Quality directories, blog comments, forums, web 2.0s, etc.) Conclusion This method can be done without any investment besides hosting and domain (Duplicate content and manual links with very easy terms) And can also be done for more competitive stuff with some money to invest in quality content to get more conversions and to buy backlinks.
