Affiliate programs that convert female traffic?

Hey guys, I have a site that is doing pretty well with traffic from a primarily female audience. I am making a little $ from clickbank but want to mix in some other offers such as CPA or even pay per impressions etc.. I am not going to put adsence on it so i am looking for alternatives that you have found to convert well.

What niche is it in? You said female, but if you're a bit more specific, I can try to help.

The niche is weight loss but I am doing ok with a weight loss ebook $25-$200 per day usually close to $50 on average but there is alot on the table. Get around 1k visits per day sometime close to 2k so I feel like I have alot of opportunity I am missing.

*edit** the traffic is worldwide although most of the visits are us.
