Ok, so this is kind of a dumb question I guess. I am an affiliate of a program that I've been informed is going to close up shop due to lack of affiliates.
They supply therapy toys for autistic kids and there's supposed to be public funding. The process was supposed to take 3 months max, and it's been 6 now.

Well, that sucks for them and all, but they owe me about $1000 in commission.

They claim that they haven't been paid for a single one of my sales, which I'm of course skeptical about.

I ran a total whitehat PPC campaign, so it's not a matter of me sending them fake leads or anything like that.

So I guess it comes down to, do they still have to pay me, or am I pretty much beat for the grand? I've never been in this situation before, so I have no idea how to proceed.

This is the first decent cash I've made since before CAN-SPAM, so I'm not too eager to just say "OK, keep it"

Thanks in advance for your help guys

Do they "have to" as in by law... um no.

Look at Stompernet and PPC Classroom. Those fuckers owe people millions.

Only way is if you take them to small claims court.

Best thing to do is keep on them and follow up every week. Be a pain in the ass and you might get it.
