Hello forum. I'm trying to start up a network and I'm wondering how I should handing advertiser contracts? Does anyone have any I can use? I will get a lawyer at some point in the near future but I need some contracts to get started. I need to make sure they are bound to terms and have to pay for the leads and sales they get from our affiliates.

Get a lawyer to do it for you. Now. Not in the "near future".

If you can't afford a lawyer then don't start your network.

It takes a whole lot more than a few thousand bucks and a hasoffers licence to start an affiliate network. You need to be able to float literally hundreds of thousands per month and take some major risks. If you're like most others (I'm not saying you are, just assuming) then you're probably planning to pay your affiliates once you get paid by your advertisers. This simply doesn't work. You won't find a single advertiser who will put you on weeklys right off the bat - and similarly, you won't find a single decent affiliate you will be OK with monthlys.

Do your research first. Talk to your potential affiliates and advertisers and look for a way to bridge the payment gap and the trust lag.

Affiliates expect timely payments. Once you lose your reputation with the affiliates, it's extremely hard to regain.
The advertisers, on the other hand, want to see that your traffic conversion conforms to industry standards and does not come from bots or spam.
