You change the affiliate link using url shorteners, so it is not visible.

You must be a popular person or a popular blog that your business succeed.

If your ebook is in Word format just highlite a text and right click then "add hyperlink"

If you do not have a website name you want to use hyperlink to hide the nasty looking affiliate link.

    So instead of this:

    84ndfjd9943856985jjf434334mj.yourid.clickbank.com

    You would see:

Click Here for more info (it woudl be a link to your affiliate product)

Sideshare documents and other document sharing websites would be the best bet to perfecting the art of eBook distribution.

If you simply share it on a blog you won't get anyone interested.

Try setting up an email list and offering this book for free to gain subscribers and slowly pocket from not only email marketing, but from whatever products you promote.

Well ask the guy who wrote it for you to do it, or tell us which format the ebook is using. Or am I misunderstanding the question?

Not sure if i understand the question properly as well but if im correct there is no protocol about it just put the links in anyway you see fit. However I would suggest using your own domain to redirect to the offer/network you will be promoting espesially if its somthing generic like dating for example because your book will be circuating the net fover and once the link is there you can change it if its a direct one or an url shortener like bit.ly. With your own domain you could atleast split test and see which offer will preform better.

Well, I agree with Haspel, you should use your own Domain and redirect the link to your own landing page then to the offer. Don't use naked aff links as they are obvious and don't look professional.
Buy a Domain related to the Book's title or content and use that.
