    Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to ask honestly and see who is and isn't using affiliate disclosures, if you are what your disclosure looks like (an example), and where you're placing it on your site. As I understand it we're supposed to make it blatantly obvious, which tbh hurts user experience. Any experience with successful use (or disuse) of affiliate disclosure statements? Experiences of getting flagged or cut off from not using one?

    Thanks!

I don't think it disturbs the user's experience at all. Cookie notices are much more disturbing.

Thanks guys. I feel like a disclaimer at the top of the page would disturb user experience. As I understand it by law that is what you are supposed to do, but it doesn't seem to be enforced. As NutraCash said, I see the majority of them in the footer.

I have them in the sidebar below banners and haven't had any problems. I also had an affiliate manager to check my website and she did not say anything.
