Well basically i signed up to this affiliate company because i noticed the offer they have is advertised heavily on ppc. But when i sign up, i find out that the offer cannot be promoted via ppc. I emailed me telling them there are advertisers which are promoting the product via ppc. They gave me a generic response back, so im guessing they don't really care. So my question, how could i prevent the company finding out, that im promoting the product via ppc, not direct link, with just a landing page with 3 other offers on it, including the 1 which cannot be promoted via ppc.

It all depends on the aff manager. while everyone has rules, it all depends on how well or often they enforce the rules. most affiliate managers are lazy. they don't really care. their pay is tied to the number of sales they bring in. so in that case, they are all for increased sales in any manner- I love those affiliate managers!

may be Cloaking is better, with it you can promote via search marketing, classifieds, emails ........ just do it like a part of your site.
    ex: 3w.afflink.com/affiliateref-s63d-nokia-n95-mobile
let a link from your site redirect to it, and it appears like:
    3w.mobile.com/nokia-n95-mobile :D , use this for PPC
after your merchants revise your earning, they will see that people are coming from your site 3w.mobile.com, not from adword to their offer by using 3w.afflink.com/affil..... (the traditional method). why? because your site is the last way to the offer, not PPC (the first way), and they can see the last way only.
I hope more suggestions from others.
search more about this topic. & good luck :)
