    Hello,

I am creating new .com website using WordPress.org and I am going to do a lot of SEO to this site. Niche is "Make money online". I have to put affiliate/referral link on my site, but a lot of people told me that it will be problem when it comes to ranking on G. Website with referral link ranks much harder? Is that true?

If yes, then I have problem. I must have referral link somewhere, but also I have to do SEO. What is your advice? Should I create .com website without referral link, use SEO, but this site will contain large "Click here" button which will redirect to my second website with referral link, but this site will not be ranked. What do you say guys? What is the best solution?

Thank you very much in advance!

    Best regards

It sounds like you are just starting out so i want to give you a few tips right from the start.

a niche on how to make money online is done to death. It is extremely competitive and you will most likely be disappointed when you do not see results. Try and think outside the box and find some niche that other people haven't thought of (that is the best advice i can give you).

Secondly - in regards to affiliate links - i personally haven't had any issues with displaying these raw on my sites. If you don't want to place them raw you can always mask them. Tools like Yoast SEO and ultimate seo will give you the ability to do this very easily - but as i said i haven't really noticed any difference with ranking when i compare raw links with masked links.

    Wishing you good luck.

Thank you very much irdeto for helping me!

Well yes, I agree with you, it is hard with "make money online" niche, but I will try spending approximately 200$-250$ on SEO and other services just to see if there will be any conversion. Also, Facebook is very nice way of getting a lot of traffic. I will try with medium competitive keywords like "make money from home" with 33100 monthly searches. Rank 1 on G with 5-6 medium competitive keywords like this one will bring some traffic, right?

But thank you for giving me advice, if this won't work, I will surely start thinking about other opportunities and niches.

So, is there any option to "mask" the referral link or how it works? Is there any punishment on Google after doing aggressive SEO on a brand new website? Let's say that I will use ultimate SEO like you said.

Thank you very much once again!

I have good ranking pages with affiliate links. But not on make money online niche.Email Hosting niche.Use pretty links Wordpress plugin. Its quite good to cover up your affiliate links.Having affiliate links is Ok,but dont over do it of course. And the lnks have to be relevant to the topic.
