An affiliate that works through 1ShoppingCart company has owed me $2,400 since Aug '08. I am looking for some advice on what to do? Here is where I am at: 1. All their affiliate contact info is the same as the customers for the product. 1. Tried calling their phone number, left a voice mail over a week ago. Their voice mail states "The best way to contact them through email. Do to the high volume of requests." 2. E-mailed them multiple times over the past month, always get the same automatic response. "Do to the high volume of emails please place a support ticket." 3. I created a support ticket, and got a response saying "Thank you for alerting us of this problem. I have forwarded this inquiry to upper management, and we are researching the issue." 4. I called on 1ShoppingCart and they said they aren't legally responsible for these things. And gave me the same contact info, as I got before. Other than hiring an attorney, any other ideas? Or advice?
