Aff questions regarding tracking, redirects and multiple websites

First, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. Second, I promise I used the search function before posting...and while I found a wealth of information about affiliate tracking, double meta refreshes, etc...I didn't find the answers I was seeking.

I'm pretty new to CPAs, but I've joined CJ...found an offer I want to promote...figured out HOW I want to promote it, but the implementation is throwing me a curve ball.

I signed up with one website...got accepted to a couple campaigns using website A...but my promotion requires I use website B, in a somewhat blackhat way. If I use double meta-refresh to blank my referrer, I assume this will make whatever website I promote from irrelevant?

Secondly, when I look at the link given to me in CJ for promoting an offer...I have the url...and a tracking pixel (I assume it's a tracking pixel...1x1 .gif). Do I need both, or will just sending them to my affiliate ID be enough?

Third, while I've found a couple threads saying one way or the other...I couldn't find a definitive answer, so does it matter to my network if my CTR is extremely high, and my conversion rate is essentially 60-90%?

You can add a new website into CJ account settings and get links for that website. I would say out CTR is pretty important so you would want to keep that low.

The problem with adding a new website is there is *no way* the AM would allow it. Hence why I want to blank referrers.

Oh alrite. What you could do is a redirect thorough the website you signed up on maybe.
