( Adwords Threshold ) Your account is suspended . Your account has an unpaid balance (( Help please ))

I created an account on Google Ads, and launched my campaign, after a while the account spent some dollars, then closed and a message appears that I have an unpaid balance

Please, who has this experience, and how can it be solved? Thank you

The only way it MAY (not can, but MAY) be solved is to appeal the suspension.
