Adwords suspension

anyone come to this recently? im managing clients, i make an email like..

[email protected] , make an adwords accont and management, problem came in where they banned one of my adwords for violation a tos with quality of business model or something honeslty i forgot what i ran but they suspended impressions on all my accounts! even ones i manage for clients i called and spoke with them, no help they sent an email that there is nothing they can do and not open adwords accounts ill just get banned and no refund! what to do now?!
