if i made 100 sites each with 10 ads on them..and clicked each ad once from each website...would i have a posibility of being banned..or are there automated methods to do this.

In the event you really MUST click your own ads, go with adbrite or bidvertiser, not google, you WILL get banned. And no, you WONT get away with it.

google however will display ads that are related to your content unlike bidvertiser don't know much about adbrite.

Havok's right, whatever happend to just driving traffic? Even if you have to pay for some ppc , or video traffic to an adult tgp site at redtube. If you go with tgps, then find a tgp and scrape the tgp for only its layout and then signup at zango and use their galleries and then replace the pre existing images with the zango video galleries.
