Adwords keywords to use when you can't use your affiliates' brands?

I need to set up a campaign to recruit email subscribers for a mailing list I use to send out special offers and vouchers codes made available by the brands I am an affiliate for.

The problem is that the terms of all my affiliate agreements prohibit the use of brand keywords in PPC campaigns, because of course the brand owners don't want advertisers bidding against them. Fair enough.

Ideally I want to have my advert show up when people search for voucher codes for my advertisers, but because I can't use brands, and keywords like +voucher +codes will be so untargeted it'll make the campaign a total waste of money.

Any my recommendations for how to solve this issue.

I have an answer this this now, and just in case anyone else has this issue in future here's the answer. Don't use the brand keywords of the advertiser, use the names of the brands they sell!
