Adwords CLicks .05 ?

Is that THE cheapest you can get them from the SERPS? I've found LOTS of terms that don't get ANY ads when I google them, but the minimum bid is .05 .... and if I try and drop down to anthing below .05 it says the terms are inactive for that bid....

As we all saw with my last post about ppc, I'm very new... am I missing something here? If no one else is showing ads, shouldnt mine show for .01 ?

If you're using the search network you have to imporve your QualityScore to get lower bids, if you're on the content network you can get cheap clicks easily, as low as $0.01

I never figured how you can get 1 cent clicks on the network. What would publisher get in that case ?

my lowest bid was 0.03 on google search.
