Adwords again suspicious payment

Hmm, so after adding campaign it took around 72 hrs to finally get suspicious payment.

Clean IP, New cc, Verified site of friend, but still. Wondering why it took 72 hrs to show suspicious payment and not instantly.

Also wondering abt these adwords acc sellers, they sell ready made accounts but even accounts with impressions and clicks tend to get banned after 5-10 days and these sellers give 24 hrs login warranty or something. A couple of days ago an user posted getting scammed when buying adwords acc.

Anyone doing adwords account now? Help out please. Pretty frustrated.
