I woke up today to check how many sales I made during the night, and had 0!

So I checked my Adwords to find out that I've had 0 clicks and my adowrds ads were disabled because of a trademark, So I changed my ads, and now after teh day is about over, still 0 sales, and only a 3rd of the clicks from yesterday.

I typed in my keywords into google, and see that some of my competition is still using the trademarked term.

Any idea how they are doing it, and what I can do to get my traffic back.

Update: I've found one of my competitors used the "â„¢" character after the trademark word. Is this acceptable?

Not acceptable but you can use DKI (Dynamic Keyword Insertion) with compact keywords list to show trademarks in your ads!
