So I ran successful campaign and it delivered 50k views then stopped. Here are the things I tried and didn't work.
  • Increased bid. No Luck
  • Checked balance, all good.
  • Increased budget, no luck.
  • Added more keywords, no luck.
  • Copied campaign (it got approved which means I am not banned), still no views.
  • Uploaded new video and started campaign, no luck still, no views on new video either. Campaign getting approved but no views.

  • So what should I do now?

Happened to me last week. I waited for 4-5 days and then magically the ad started getting impressions. Seems like there was a manual review or something of that sorts.

Just wait and Don't mess around with the account.

Everything has been delayed as of last month. I have two real accounts running and all of them took almost a week to start running. I just added a new campaign 4 days ago still waiting. But I do notice if you edit the ad and push it get reviewed again it starts running much faster.

Which things needs to be added for example to push it again to review?

If you edit your ad's headline and add a single letter or delete a word and retype it that triggers another review.

Yep I called them and had a nice 40 minutes conversation with them, even asked for some senior support and they gave me him, I was really pissed off and told them that my "client" is about to spend tons of money and they are keeping me from doing it... All good now!

Happened to me about a year ago, contact support, and you should be up and running in an hour max.

This is the so-called frieze. My accounts were in this mode for up to 20 days. The campaign is allowed, ads are allowed, keywords are allowed, but for some reason (proxy/browser/payments and another) your account's security scores are below average and your account is being checked.
In most cases, adding new ads or campaigns will speed up this time.

I have seen this happening 1 or 2 times every year in GAds since last 8 years that I have been using GAds. Why it happens ? See, GAds keeps tinkering with it's review algorithms and sometimes their tinkering leads to something messy like this, until the next tinkering which mostly gets the review algorithms back to working more smoother. In such cases, better to wait for a few days (mostly 1 week) and try again.
