In adsense rules you not allowed paid traffic to your pages with adsense, BUT adwords allowed

    Yes, thats possible.

Because you are not bringing traffic to your main content, so you are okay with that. One of my client does the same, and he is doing it from 1 year without any problem.

I cant believe i cannot find any REALY CONCRETE info on any google pages? If i use PPC ads to drive to my homepage which has no Adsense, but then my subpages do - this is ok? there should be somewhere to confirm this.. they are so scared of arbitrage, but they are not clear on the policy.

This is perfectly fine, as long as you are not sending any garbage traffic, and the site purpose is not 'Arbitrage' and rather returning visitors, which will eventually increase your sales, however even then, if you have a website, with full of good and knowledgable content, you dont need to worry.

Please dont spread things you dont know about. Paid traffic is perfectly fine with adsense. I have been doing it for a while now.

It does not make any sense whatsoever for it not to be allowed if the traffic is quality, paid or otherwise.

I've done something similar in the past and there's no issue with this. Only when you buy other sources is when Google has a problem
