Hi, What will happen If I put same link in multiple accounts at the same time? Will it only suspend my adword account or both adword and adsence?

YES and NO..

google changing rules every 3 months for adwords.. no problem for adsense honestly.
but i saw not getting any big trouble for account suspensions.. it is not FB, so no worry.
I think you can try by purchasing preloaded account.. then try to use and test.
Do not test into your main accounts.. it is safer and better for you.
i can get you $75 loaded account for $10 only each, you can check and test.

IMO only adwords acocunts will be banned , adsense is separate and nothing will happen to adsense .

Both are different things
if u voilate adwords policies. your adwords account is gonna be disable. NOt adsense.
