I'm starting again with adwords as I've seen good results in the past.
Now, I've redeemed one of those coupons for 75? (I'm in Europe).
They say that your advertising campaigns must accrue costs of at least $25, within 30 days to activate the coupon.
Right now, I've spent 94? in ads of which only 19 have been billed, as the coupon gave me additional 75?.

Can I stop right now and open a new account or do I have to reach 100? total before moving on?

So are you opening multiple Adwords accounts to redeem their introductory coupons (this is called "double serving" and it's against their advertising policies)? On Adwords' promotional codes page, they state that, "For offers like "Spend $25, get $50," we only count the amount you spend after entering the code. If you spent $25 before entering the code, that amount won't count toward your offer". If you've already received the money from the coupon code, then the coupon was redeemed successfully and you can just add more funds to your Adwords balance once it runs out or look for more coupon codes to redeem.

Thanks, you made it clear. Guess I'll have to find a way not to get busted.
