[Advise Please] Should I get this domain?

So, I own a gambling affiliates website and I'm doing quite well. I found this particular domain from expireddomain, I badly want it because it's a good domain at least according to me. No spam, indexed by Google and high DR.

Here's a few questions if you can answer I'll be grateful of.
1. I already bid twice on Godaddy but seller not responding, Should I directly buy it or wait?
2. Should I completely shift my current site to this domain or I duplicate old site to this domain?
3. 301 redirect?
4. Redirect only top referring links to my old site?
Any other valuable feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Edit the ahrefs image first as for if its good... Only you should know as youve done the research.

I think there is a reason why someone isnt using this domain. Ahrefs backlinks are trash. Its not worth the effort.
So in fact dont buy it. Its not worth the money and i would think there is a huge risk of a penalty.
Did you check webarchive?

It's absolutely your decision mate whether to purchase or not. Just think, is it a good idea to buy, will it really make you profit, most importantly WHY YOU SHOULD BUY THIS?

Web archive shows it contains casinos related contents which completely fit my niche
