Advise Needed Ebay Seller.

True. If you are selling fakes as legits, it's just a matter of time before you are busted. You WILL eventually get reported to eBay.
Hey.
I really wouldn't worry about ebay say/do, nothing will ever come of it. I've seriously lost count of the amount of times I've been banned from ebay, not due to customer feedback but because they don't like what I'm selling. No doubt it's people who are trying to sell a similiar product reporting me to ebay.
The only annoying thing now is that you have to have a feedback of '5' before you can create buy it now auctions, easy ways around that though.

Dont STOP selling them. Just dont use misleading titles.
Instead of saying "100% authentic", just write "Top quality" or "Compare our prices to Nike, etc."
Dont stop until someone finds out. If you give a little hint in your listing that you are selling replicas, not original, you will be fine.
The highest earners on egay are all selling fake stuff.
I would say that you keep on selling as you have some experience in it.

If you do search in eBay forums some sellers had been busted right to their home for counterfeit products, its not worth the risk really

I would surely get rid of the authentic description. Also, selling replica products is a really good money maker, but you have to sell items that really don't make a hell of alot of difference if they are fake or not. For instance, I would never sell COACH or other purse handbags. I wouldnt sell these IPOD knockoffs either because sure they look identical down to the packaging but once you turn it on it's obvious its not a apple product. Now on the other hand, DVD's and Boxsets are wonderful if they are good quality. Who cares if it is a fake as long as the picture quality is identical and the box looks good. Other designer clothing and accessories sell very well but don't go for the typical names like gucci, versace, chanel, louis vuitonn etc. Try stuff like Vivienne Westwood, Ed Hardy, etc. Another item for example would be Fake Mont Blanc pens, I mean how hard is it gonna be to reproduce these overpriced pens and secondly, How many people out there are experts at examining $250 pens. People who buy these things ran out of things to do with their money and could care less and wouldn't know the difference anyhow. Final advice is just stay under the radar.

E-Bay is a wrong place for this because they are very strict about this. Besides, you are wasting good opportunity instead of building a good feedback that can be useful in the future. Better STOP NOW and look for something genuine.

dont mention anything about real or fake, just put it up with the description, you need to get rid of that negative or lay low for a little while because ebay will ban you if they find out what you are doing. i do agree with austinmillo, ebay is super strict and yes maybe you are doing it now but one day you will get banned and they will make it pretty much impossible for you to ever sell again on any ebay id. just be carefull. www.aspkin.com is the best forum for this type stuff, check it out, youll thank me later.
