Advice Please!!!

I am trying to scam a referral site and and I need some good reccomendations for a VPN with unlimited ip addresses in order to get past the site's monitoring system. Ive already tried just proxies alone and it failed so any advice on a VPN or a route to make the site believe im a "unique referral" everytime will be greatly appreciated!

and replace it with : I am trying to generate fake referrals
