I am starting a youtube marketing campaign selling a service like "dog training in los angeles" (not really the campaign, but you get the idea) and I am going to be switching out the city name for different cities.

If I were to buy 200 youtube accounts and then upload 10 videos in each account targeting different cities, would/could I get the accounts suspended by youtube?

The video will be the same for each city...

All the uploading will be done manually and I will change my ip address every time I log into a different youtube account.

Any recommendations or things to watch out for so my accounts don't get flagged?

    Thanks!

Hmmm, your videos might get dropped if they are the exact same and your uploading each one 20 times, maybe just add an intro slide on each one that is specific to each city wouldn't be that hard and atleast it will change up the videos a little bit

i think if your video is all the same for each city, then the risk to get banned is higher. you should just change the 1st 5 second only to make it uniqe, but the next part is the same. That way can lowering risk of banned.

I have been looking at a competitor who does this and another thing he does is he varies the length of the video by a few seconds on each video.

Every video he posts is exactly the same, he only changes the length (time duration) of the video. This seems to be one key element to change so you are not flagged.

the varied length is an interesting idea. very simple but makes sense. seems like that and making sure to vary the video meta data would help prevent triggering a review/ban

yeah, the other thing is that he doesn't change the description of the video at all or very little, maybe less than 10% - plus or minus...

it seems duration of the video is very important...

also, he only uploads ten videos per account, no more and no less...
