Advice on starting an adult tube site

hi everyone,so after a few years of thinking about starting an niche adult tube site I'm actually going to try it out,but I have a few questions on how profitable it is.

What could you expect to earn per 1000 unique visitors per day with tragic mainly from uk and America?
I'm planing on uploading and hosting videos instead of embedding,is vow server good enough to start with?
I'm also planning on using mechbunny for the script,has anyone had any experience with this? How easy is it to use?
What is the best software for watermarking lots of videos in one go? I hear ffmpeg is good but I have no real experience with this,the mechbunny template has ffmpeg built in think bout would rather watermark videos before uploading.

I'll probably have more questions later but that's it for now,thanks!

with 1k per day you will not do so much money. if you wanna host videos on server then you need a strong dedi server. even if you don't have so much traffic, robots requests will rape your server.

Yea I know 1k a day is nothing at all,I wanted to try and work out the amount of ad revenue per 1k so that I could then work out what traffic I would need to cover my costs,as an example I you could earn 10usd per 1k of traffic and my costs for running the site were 100usd I would then be able to work out that I would need 10k of traffic to cover my costs.
In regards to the server would a vps not be good enough to start off with,the one I'm looking at now is

Linux 64 bit CentOS 6 M3 Control Panel 6 Fully Managed Server
2 G RAM / 4 CPU / 5 TB Transfer 300GB Premium Storage
 
I suggest you to embed videos untill you get more traffic (10k per day). With 1k traffic per day (mostly from USA & UK), you will made about $1,7 with PopAds (anti-adblock code of course).

I dont know if you will make 100$ with 10k traffic. VPS is not a good idea if you wanna host videos on site. That script that you wanna use is builded for dedi server, once again, even if you dont have much traffic, robots will rape your server with requests.

Embedding will just drive traffic to the other websites though,plus I already have a ton of videos downloaded,renamed and watermarked,I don't just want to build another embedded tube site,I want selected members of the site to be able to upload there own stuff too,obviously there is an added cost to this,but I want something more premium that the average of what's out there

The first thing I would say, Is do not host the adult content on your own server. There are two reasons for this:

1) If you use a third party for hosting, you can get revenue each and every time someone watches \your video.
2) Some hosting companies change terms over the years and will not allow hosting of adult content on there servers.

I would also like to leave you with a small pointer. With some creativity, you can drive thousands of hits a day to your site using sub reddits.

You better start a tube site on the WordPress and embed videos from other adult tube sites and get a plugin from XWPThemes named Kenplayer. It is very useful because it uses a custom player, so even if you do not host videos and embed them from let's say pornhub, you can put your own logo on the player and your visitors will do not get any ads from other sites.
 
I am using it myself and it works well. Just google it and there are threads on some adult forums like mradultaffiliate.com where they talk about this plugin.
