Advice on SPY SERVICES like ISPIONAGE & SPYFU

There seem to be alot of them, ISPIONAGE, SPYFU, SPYFY, and even SPYFLY. Is there a BHWORLDER that can give me advice on picking the most up to date, and accurate one?

ISPIONAGE - Showed great information like the keywords their ranking for, average search volume of those keywords, and everything else like a normal keyword tool has. One thing about it was I had to fill out a fake signup to view the info as soon as I got on the site. Great Layout.

SPYFU - Showed normal stuff but a lot of information was hard to find weird layout. Didn't have to fill anything out to use.

SPYFLY - Seems to be a optin page for a "criminal information data base".

SPYFY - No free trial. Seems a bit sketchy. Looks like its promoted by a "guru". One time investment of $97.

I like to use SEMRUSH as I am most familiar with
