Advice on setting up an affliate program on my own?

Hey, I'm working with a client that's set-up an adult dating site (yes another one!!). We want to setup our own affiliate program and pay per signup. Any advice from the pros here? Anyone have any advice on what software we should use on our servers?

Adult websites usually use NATs. Search for TooMuchMedia on Google and look for it on their site.

It's the most trusted software in Adult, but it's a little expensive.
