    Hey everyone

Im looking for saome advice on selling some of my blogs, I have about 30 and just cant handle them all anymore. They all have between 5 and 600 posts on them, some are auto blogs some are not. All are getting traffic through google.

They range in visitors, some sites get 5 a day some get 180 a day (awstats)

Ive only ever monetized any of them with adsense.

If any learned site flipper could respond or pm me that would be fantastic.

    Thanks guys.

What do you need help with? I've 3 of my blogs before for some really good income. I used site point and flippa to sell my blogs. Let me know what you need help with and I'll try my best to see what I can do!

    Good luck with the sale.

You can sell them as a network of sites over at Flippa, though its gonna cost you a listing fee ($19 if Im not mistaken)

You have other places as well, like DP so its FREE and you get exposure for your blogs so maybe a potential buyer can actually purchase your blogs as a whole or individually

I'm pretty sure the biggest deciding factor is traffic to your site and more specifically where this traffic comes from.

-If you are getting targeted traffic from google on a consistent basis that is worth a lot to the buyers. This is because the traffic is long term and basically the traffic is passive. If the majority of your traffic comes in spurts from social media sites like stumble upon and digg that won't be very appealing to the buyers because this traffic will disappear over time unless fresh content that will drive more social media traffic can be provided in the future.

-Another huge factor for determining the price of your blogs is the income they generate. Obviously the more income your blogs generate will increase the value of your blogs.

-Page rank has a huge impact on the price of your blog.
    -Total back links.

Don't forget to provide proof of your traffic and income. Nobody will take you seriously if you can't prove that your blogs are making money and generate traffic. They want screen shots of your income and traffic.

Take a look at other blogs that are for sale in the same niche and see what price they are going for if you are having problems determining the starting bid for your blogs.

Hopefully this helps you a little more!
