Where would be a safe place to have money wired to in a foreign country?

I'm looking to open an offshore corporation in another country with a bank account. What is the most cost effective way to do this?

We need to keep our personal information safe though.

Check out milonline dot com. I chose Dominica as my country of incorporation and cyprus as my offshore banking jurisdiction. It all depends on your banking needs and the amount of money you have available for your initial deposit. You should try and contact a registering agent and inquire with your specific demands.

Did you open up an offshore bank account as well?

How much did this company charge you to incorporate?

If I remember correctly it was about $900 for first years registration fee for the LLC $300 one time fee for the bank account. The initial deposit was a minimum of $1000 in the bank we selected which we could withdraw after bank accoutn openning. We choose Dominica as its tax exempt for 20 years from the date of incorporation and Cyprus because its nearby.

Tax exempt for 20 years, that's amazing. I guess if the money was fine setting in the account. Is your money insured though?

Since Cyprus is in the EU yes there is deposit insurance. However if you are an EU resident I would advise against Cyprus. Mind you opening a bank account requires a passport copy and a banking reference.

It would depend on how much you are looking to protect. You might want to use an offshore entity and bank account in a different jurisdiction. This is what I do for a living. PM me

Why only one?Better to spread the money between more accounts. You'll be verry sad if one day something bad happens with your account.
