I have an autoblog that is getting a ridiculous amount of traffic and climbing daily (1500+) in a gaming niche. I haven't been able to successfully monetize it and it's really just making some Adsense income while being a hosting nightmare for me at the same time.

It's a PR1, 3yrs old, w/ over 6k pages indexed and I think that it's ripe for flipping (though I've never flipped a site and don't know jack about flipping sites). I figure someone will see the value here and I could make some $.

Issue #1 - I don't know jack about flipping - any recommendations on a good flipping tutorial to download?

Issue #2 - It's set up with an autoblogging software that's licensed to me. (yes, I paid for it). Do I bother to convert it (time-consuming) and potentially screw up the site? Other options?

As far as income goes, it's pulling in roughly $30/month via Adsense and EPN combined.

I'll start with that. Any advice? Thanks!

Hit me up with the domain and some details - might buy it off you as I'm shopping in that niche at the moment.
