    Hi guys,

I have been considering purchasing an Xrumer blast from one of the guys offering them in the forum. However, I would like some honest advice on the subject:

    - IMO doing a 140k post blast is overkill as I am aiming for long term ranking, would it make more sense to do 500 posts a week ?

    - How likely is Xrumer to get you sandboxed/banned? Of course, I understand that any tool can you in trouble if missused which ties to the point above.

Any other things to consider with Xrumer ?

One way to minimize the penalty is to blast 30 URLs at once.

That being said I blasted millionsofbacklinks.com fully to 1.5 million posts. I got smartpriced. But then, I interlink to the site. Since then rianks improved.

I don'[t know how. But it seems that the interlink blasts, rather than the original blasts is the one that kick ass. Need more research. I am doing viagra, cialis, and provita now.

Thanks for the tip. Could you elaborate on the interlink blasts? What exactly did you do ?

Did you guys use Xrumer yourself, or did you outsource it ?

I have been running xrumer on one campaign for days nonstop on one server, averaging 34 successful links a minute. My site is still listed in google! I know that it may take a while to catch up, but the site isn't too important. This is more of a test for me to see how far I can push the limit before shi* happens.

I have been doing pm's, forum posts, guestbooks and blogs! (I'm really pushing the limits).

On some sites that are already ranking well, I am doing 100 successful per week, using the post then edit the sig after 1 week method. This is just to give some boost, maybe push them to next page rank.

On another note, I am running another campaign that consists of a ppc doorway page that is directly being promoted using xrumer. This is for adult dating. I have learned two things. One, I am currently at 7354 successful right now and no ban. Two, my affiliate is shaving clicks!!!!!!

My stats page on my server doesn't lie.

On another note, right now I am not even coming close to my full potential with xrumer. I have now a 20mbps connection, but there are some interference issues with my network that is limiting me to around 5.5mpbs. This means that I can only run about 65 threads on xrumer without issues. I have a network guy coming out tomorrow to sort the issues and they are promising the full 20mbps. If this is achieved, I am going to see if they can run another 20mbps line to my house, so that each server will have 20mbps! I really want to ramp this up, as I am only using 3-5% of one server (enterprise 8 processor) with 65 threads.

Oh yeah, my isp has already asked me a few times why I need all of this for a home connection. The excuse I used is that I am a really big gamer and have to have the most bandwidth for my gaming servers.

They left me alone at that point, but still refuse to give me a static IP unless I go to business upgrades, which makes my package price another 400 a month for the same service. So long story short, I will not be hosting a website at home anytime soon. Even the tech said the only thing different in their business package is faster tech support.

Once my connectivity issues are settled and I have some time to test different methods against the search monsters, I will give a full report on my findings.

wow, you guys are pretty weak with your xrumer blasts, seriously, i have a list of about 30m link drop targets (growing by the day), a core2quad on 100mbit and set it to 1k threads... just change what your doing with it, xrumer is best for doorways, iv said it many times before

The purpose of these "doorway pages" is what, to hide the referring url from the stat gatherers on your final landing page?

If I were you, I would buy a dedi, I really cannot believe that your ISP will let you continue spamming. And btw the last thing I would like to have is a static IP when spamming :)

I also thought to get a static IP for my sites, I have a pretty quick internet connection, soon 50M downstream 10 upstream... but you know what? For me here, a dedi is in the same region of costs as paying the electricity bill. And above all, you would not like to have many angry webmasters knocking on the same door, where your private computer is staying behind.

Good question. What is the opinion of people who do regular blasts on this choice here? I assume myself that it's better to have an entirely different set of domains so that the SEs have no solid evidence for their algorithms that the doorway page is linked to your final destination.
