Hello all, I´m new to this forum and after reading it for a good while it seems like a great place to ask..

Well it seems these are hard times for making money out of porn with all the tubes and freebies, but I have a couple of niches in mind for some years now and I´m sure there is some money to be made there.
    I´d appreciate some advice, considering:

-I have experience shooting content for others and all the necessary photo-video-lighting equipment and I can get the models.
That is, I would shoot my own content with all legal paperwork.

-I know nothing about programming or creating web sites, little but some about SEO and pretty much nothing about how to generate traffic.

-Because of the kind of niches I will be doing, I won´t be able to show like 20-40 new full sets a month by no means, but rather like 3-4, at least initially.

I´m much more a photo-video guy and the shooting part is time consuming enough, so I´m not even thinking of starting to learn from scratch how to master the traffic-SEO part, besides it´s a wild jungle out there 
The idea is to use some DIY sort of page builder (wich I still need to research) that would handle all that through affiliate programs or whatever and focus myself on the content.

The way I see it I have 2 options:

-Create a membership site(s) with not too much content and updates, but made of unexploited niches.
That, I believe can attract loyal members willing to open their wallets at the right price.

-Create free sites and make profit out of ads, maybe use video submitters with a watermark on the content etc.
The problem here for me is not knowing how to generate the necessary traffic to make it work…

Right now I´m much more inclined to the first option despite the way online porn works today, the problem there being the lack of abundant content...

Any thoughts will be much appreciated!!

As you said you are not so experienced on programming and SEO, I think creating a free site will be the best option for you. You can start your business with a free site and If you think that you can experienced enough for starting a new site then switch on. There are a lot of sites available, which are providing such facilities. You can have your free site from any of them. You may try this site. I am not so sure about them.

Not true. Many handy tools come in for free. It's just not worth time and effort due to market over-saturization and lack of reasonable billing opportunities.

Lot of legit producers sit on content worth thousands and millions. They leave the dust on it because expected earnings are way too low in comparison to the time and effort they need to invest. The content itself was not the matter in OPs post, but the efforts involved in creating a site.

That´s right, clearly I´m not looking for content free or not, but to produce it myself, not for free certainly but I do have cash to invest and even some content already shot.
The thing is, I don´t think I´d need to worry that much about big $$$ for promoting at the first stage, I´m not looking to make 6 figures in a few months but just a decent and steady income, and I will be dealing with niches that have no competition.. I mean those that you type in google and there are no tubes or sites that have exactly that "mix" of niche, there may be related videos someway but they are not exactly represented.. Now I believe that´s where business is and I know it is worth trying

The problem is finding some kind of service that can handle the page, hosting, billing, plus some SEO and traffic work, porn-friendly, that can be trusted and won´t make a big hole in my pocket! I´ve seen some of those but I don´t think they do anything with backlinks and traffic stuff.. does anyone know of some sort of all-in-one site creation service like this??

It's really about the content you shoot. If it's just like the rest of the stuff out there, it's a hard road to make more than a few bucks.
If you have something unique, membership is the way to go.
If you go membership, you will need a processor like ccbill.
If you are artistic, there may be greater opportunities in producing glamour or bikini content, companies advertise all kinds of products on these sites.

Without affiliate program, for now that´s the idea, but I didn´t mean without traffic, I´m just trying to find programs or services that can generate decent traffic (paying for it of course!) provided I don´t have the time or skills to dedícate to that myself.. can anyone enlighten me on that??
Selling content.. content shops are dead for years as far as I know and shooting for others is just not worth it from my experience..

If I were you I would make the switch over to mainstream. You'll find that there are more avenues available to make money than being marginalized in the limited adult niches.
