Advice on adult images for my blog

I'm building an adult blog with a massive amount of good quality porn. My question is can I use other images from adult blogs and websites where the material is made up of user submitted photos?

Are those images royalty free and can be used?

PM for a link to a site that would be a prime example.

Honestly, the world of porn is quite sketchy. If you want to be within the gray area, don't directly host these images and/or videos on your server unless you own copyrights to said photos/videos. Find a 3rd party hosting solution and host from there. Technically, you cannot get into legal issues if you're just pointing to files elsewhere.

Are you talking about back linking with a 3rd party host? Can you recommend a good 3rd party host that handles porn? My main focus isn't going to be blasting the internet with extra porn but to use the traffic to sell my personal products and post affiliate links.

I'm wondering if I can use pictures from certain sites which are amateur blogs for the most part. Could you send a PM and I'll show you the sites I'm wanting to use for my content. Apparently I don't have enough post to send a message. Thanks.

1. Acquire content
2. Gain traffic
3. ???
4. Profit
5. ???
6. Get called out on GFY
7. Get more traffic
8. "Sell" site to fictional / created person
9. Profit
10. Get called out on GFY.
- repeat steps 8 - 10 as needed -

No one ever does anything about anything unless it's a massive problem but even then... follow through isn't something that's common in the adult industry.

how is a site like all porno(d)thum blogger(d) c getting their images? Can somebody break that down?

Those are the kinds of pics and content I want to use on my site without any legal issues as far as copyright. When you click on some of those pics they go to an image viewer. Are they downloading from there and linking to their website or blog?

What's the best way to do this?

I too wonder about the answer of this question.

Just get affiliated with the major porn sites like bangbros and brazzers etc I did it a while ago they give you thousands of pictures, small video clips etc. most are watermarked though.

I didn?t want to promote them I just wanted their content; if you keep a link somewhere on your website that promotes them you should be fine.

When a user uploads to one site I don?t think this gives you the right to upload it to yours, I think you can only use ?creative commons? and even then you have to give credit to the author but there are millions of creative commons images just scrape sites like photobucket and flickr and creative commons porn sites, if you are worried about copyright just stick with creative commons and content from affiliate networks.

What about imagefap? If you used their content would that be infringement?
