A wordpress site? The people I have met with told me they pretty much want a site that looks exactly like this:
    HTML:
    http://http://onlinewealthpartner.com/
Now I know a simple wordress shouldnt be charged too much for but this involves an opt-in list and a bunch of plug-ins they want me to set up in a particular order. I was wondering if I could get y'alls input as to what I can charge them?

They are an older couple from New Hampshire visiting my hometown here in Florida for a few months we call these people "snow birds."

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Well. Try to estimate the number of hours you'll spend on it, multiply it by your hourly rate and you should be ok with that.

Yeah $350 sounds good, maybe include a $50/month fee on top of that for maintenance or whatever. But it should only take you a couple of hours so don't overcharge them too much.

I have a similar project from a friend/client. Site using Wordpress for his new bar.

I'd say charge as much as you can WITH the caveat that you keep in mind his future business and friendship. If the budget is mid-thousands and he can afford it, I do not see a problem raising it past $350. You have to weigh all factors into the decision.
