Hi Guys
I was about to start my affiliate marketing business when penguin struck and put everything topsy turvy.Sience in Affiliate marketing SEO plays the biggest role, which White Hat SEO tactics should I do to rank my websites and Blogs? Guys I am a total Noob so please give me a few ideas and your honest opinions.

I'd be surprised if anyone takes the time to explain to you this that and the other about web 2.0's, better spun articles, over optimization, etc etc when all the info is here for you already.. use the search function or refresh the home page a few times a day and you'll find everything you need to know

Just don't overdo anything when it comes to white hat seo. Build natural links, rotate your anchor text well and you would be good to go.

Just build backlinks slowly and don't use any automatic software.
