[ADVICE ME]Affiliate Program that Pay By Paypal & Not that strict?

Hi to all member of BHW,

I am new here, and new to affiliate marketing. I been trying hard to earn money online, from domain, to ebooks and to article marketing. None of them work really well. Coming from a poor family, i really need to workhard to support the family.

I know some good affilate that pay well and pay with paypal like PeerFly, Casalemedia.

I would like to know if there is others that :

1)Pay by paypal or maybe escrow
2)Not so strict about the traffic source(Could Allow Paid traffic)
3)Average payout
4)Allow user from all country (I am from Singapore)
5)CPC/CPA(lead)

Btw does PeerFly and Casalemedia allow Paid traffic? i doesn't literally 'allow' , it's like they don't really care of something?

Please reply me with details, i don't wish just to see the name and no comments. Share with me and every other forums user your experience.

Adscend Media .. has tons of offers, from email submits to CPS items .. allows people from most countries .. no phone call required .. great support .. pay around $1 for an email submit!
