Advice for Google Business Verification?

My main concern is the last time i tried to verify a legitimate business, not a clone or fake business, they would not accept my video, my business license, or anything. They as in some guy from India who didn't even know what country i lived in. Obviously my account got flagged and I wonder if it's cause I already run my existing business from this IP and OS and browsers since like 2020? At one point I also used this physical address but it was moved 3 years ago without too much of a hitch. They sent me a card and i verified it that way.
