    Hi there,

I'm about to put out a dance record as a free download / profile builder for a new project I'm managing. I was wondering if you learned gentlemen and ladies might have some ideas about the best way to give it the best possible chance of reaching a large audience online.

I think it has viral potential if heard by the right people and I want an engaged audience, not just fake plays/followers.

My plan is to launch the track on soundcloud as there is no video. My current thinking is to use some kind of soundcloud bot to scrape followers of similar artists and then either follow/unfollow them so they'll click the profile and check it out or share the track with them. I'd also like to post the track to groups with good followings and try and get users with big followings with a similar sound to repost our track to their followers.

Any advice would be very welcome - particularly from anyone who has had success in this field in the past.

I've done some big viral campaigns in the past in other genres with my artists getting 100,000s of genuine likes/followers, millions of views on youtube and charting highly on iTunes in different countries - but I've not started a campaign from scratch in a few years and the landscape has changed hugely. If someone proves themselves to be particularly knowledgeable and useful on this front then it would be an ongoing working relationship as there are big plans for this act and some others I'm about to launch.

    Thanks in advance!
