Advice and Help needed here

I just joined a contest and get into the top40 finalist. I need to get votes and the system required user to register as member and with Malaysian IC to vote 4 me.

I have tried to talk in some forums but not sure what is the outcome.

Anyway for me to pull in more votes?

I dare not to post the link here as I'm not sure if I will get suspended.

But where can I get help?

I only have another week + to go.
